Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a civilian Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join the Dumfries Health Center in Prince William County, VA. This outpatient role focuses on active-duty service members and their families with a commitment to quality, patient-centered care.

You'll work a stable 40-hour week with one Saturday every 4–5 weeks, manage 17–19 patients per day, and benefit from strong teamwork with minimal administrative burden.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Active NP license in accordance with state board requirements.
• Current DEA registration and BLS certification.
• U.S. Citizenship required (government contract).

Responsibilities

• Outpatient‑Only Family Medicine practice serving active‑duty members and families.
• Provide patient‑centered care with a focus on quality over quantity.
• Maintain a predictable 40‑hour schedule with occasional Saturday coverage.
