Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with ENT experience to join a well-established ENT team in the Bronx. The role offers a true Monday–Friday, 9-to-5 schedule with zero weekends and zero on‑call, providing stability, autonomy, and a supportive clinical environment. The annual base salary range is $135,000 to $155,000.

Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. Bonus eligibility details will be finalized at offer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical experience; ENT background preferred.
• Comfort working across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own patient panel with ongoing continuity of care.
• Evaluate and treat a broad range of ENT conditions.
• Split your time roughly evenly between inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Provide thorough follow-up care and long-term patient management.
• Collaborate closely with ENT physicians and a broader multidisciplinary team.
