Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources, Inc. is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to support Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) MTF in Anchorage, Alaska.

The FNP will provide deployment-related health assessments and a full range of primary care services under MTF privileges. This full-time, Monday–Friday position requires two years of recent primary care or urgent care experience, an active NP license, and a Master's in nursing with ACEN/CCNE accreditation and national NP certification

Qualifications

Two years in the last three years of clinical primary care, urgent care or emergency medicine.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Active Nurse Practitioner state license.
Master's degree in nursing.
ACEN or CCNE-accredited nursing program.
NP certification by ANCC/AANP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive NP services across routine, acute and chronic care.
Deliver immunizations and preventive care.
Collaborate with MTF healthcare team for patient education and care plans.
Participate in case discussions, education, and quality improvement activities.
Maintain clinical privileges as granted by the MTF.
