The Society of Critical Care Medicine is seeking a dynamic Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join our Intensivist team at Banner Desert Medical Center or Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Arizona. This full-time role offers a night shift schedule, and the successful candidate will provide critical care support in a fast-paced ICU environment.

Banner Health is seeking a dynamic Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join our growing Intensivist team at Banner Desert Medical Center or Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. Role Responsibilities

• Provide cross-coverage call support
• Manage clinical care and round on patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced ICU environment

Minimum Qualifications

• Current ACNP certification
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
• Active prescribing privileges, including DEA license for controlled substances
• Experience preferred; new graduates with relevant critical care or cardiology experience are encouraged to apply

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position
• Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• 12 shifts per month, including 2 weekend rotations (block schedule)

Benefits

• NEW Night Differential: $216 per night shift, thats an extra $18/hr (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), totaling approximately $31,204 annually.
