Centurion Health is expanding in Georgia and seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at the Women's Detention Center in Claxton. You will work under a physician in a correctional setting to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Applicants must have an active GA APRN license or PA certification and pass a background check; experience in primary care or corrections is a plus. Competitive benefits are offered with a stable salary.
