Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide defined patient care in a retail clinic setting. You will float to nearby locations and collaborate with a dedicated team to independently assess, diagnose, treat, and manage health problems for patients aged 18 months and older, documenting care in the electronic health record.

Completion of an FNP program, current national certification, and state license are required; DEA application is required at time of offer.

Job Responsibilities:

Must be willing to float to nearby locations.The Nurse Practitioner delivers defined patient care services in a retail clinic environment. You will work in collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals as you independently provide holistic, evidenced based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients ranging in age 18 months and above. Care is documented via computerized electronic health records.

Education/Experience:
