Job summary

Sollis Health is seeking an Advanced Care Provider (Nurse Practitioner) to deliver concierge emergency medical care in our Beverly Hills clinics under physician oversight. This full-time role supports both adult and pediatric patients in what would be treated in ER settings.

You will perform urgent evaluations, procedures, and telemedicine as needed, with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern, luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Graduate of an accredited NP program.
• Nurse Practitioner license to practice in California.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical evaluations and develop diagnosis and treatment plans for urgent and emergent care.
• Obtain IV access, fluids, medications, splinting, suturing, phlebotomy, POC testing, and EKGs.
• Coordinate care for in-center, virtual, or home-based urgent care as needed.
• Document evaluations in AthenaHealth; collaborate with physicians and staff.
• Triage patients and determine appropriate level of care.
• Treat Covid-related cases and coordinate with care teams.

Job description

In the role of an Advanced Care Provider (Nurse Practitioner) you will provide concierge emergency medical care to Sollis Health patients in our clinics with the supervision/oversight of an attending Physician. This is a pivotal role as part of a growing organization providing seamless care to both adult and pediatric patients for cases that would usually be treated in a traditional emergency room.

Beverly Hills - Full Time - 10a-6p - 32 hours/week. Rotating holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

Perform medical evaluations and formulate a differential diagnosis and treatment plan for urgent and emergent care within the scope of emergency medicine, as requested. Perform medical procedures that include obtaining IV access (including administration of fluids and medications), splinting, suturing, phlebotomy, performing POC testing, and performing EKGs. Formulate a differential diagnosis and treatment plan to occur in the patient’s home or other setting outside of a medical clinic setting for urgent and emergent care within the scope of emergency medicine. Triage incoming patients needs, access to their concerns and determine the right course of action, in center, virtual or at home care. Perform video Telemedicine consults when appropriate. Work closely with a team of Physicians, nurses, and technicians to discuss your assessment. Assess and treat Covid-related cases which includes obtaining clinical samples to test for the virus, performing point of care testing , obtaining blood for antibody blood tests, providing general symptom management and recommendations. Document clinical evaluation and treatment in the electronic health record, AthenaHealth. Work closely with the Medical Director and other clinical team members to ensure all policies are adhered to and that you deliver quality care in an innovative setting. Coordinate additional care with our After Care, and house calls teams or with one of our Medical Partners. Make patients and family members comfortable, patiently and professionally answering any questions they have and using patient-centered empathetic communication at all times. Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree, required.
• Graduate of an accredited NP program, required.
• Nurse Practitioner state license and ability to practice in California State.
• Preferred 2-3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience in emergency departments.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.

Range: $93-103/hour This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position in Southern California. Sollis is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of this location. Actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
