Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is recruiting a full-time Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care in the Greater Sacramento area. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with options for 4x10 shifts and provides relocation assistance.

Responsibilities include exams, diagnoses, lab orders, prescriptions, care planning with the Medical Director, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Licensure, board certification, DEA, and BLS are required; experience in community health is

Qualifications

  • Active California RN and NP license required.
  • Current NP board certification required.
  • Current DEA certification required.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • 1–2 years of clinical experience, preferably in community health or underserved populations.
  • Strong commitment to serving low-income, homeless, or medically underserved communities.
  • Comfortable treating three patients per hour.
  • EPIC experience.
  • In-basket management competency.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations with history and physical exams.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics.
  • Prescribe medications and interventions within scope.
  • Develop treatment plans with Medical Director.
  • Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Initiate emergency procedures when indicated.
  • Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling.
  • Maintain accurate documentation per standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams for high-quality care.
