Qualifications

• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner and licensed by PA.

Responsibilities

• Obtains health and development history from patients.
• Performs physical examinations and developmental screening.
• Records data in medical records per procedures.
• Follows approved protocols and collaborates with the Medical Director.
• Orders or initiates commonly performed tests and follows up results.
• Provides counseling on health maintenance and education.
