Job summary

Pride Health is actively seeking a skilled Clinic Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Rialto, California. This role requires managing clinic operations for patients of all ages, conducting medical history assessments, and prescribing medications while managing a high patient volume.

Qualifications

• Must hold current BLS/CPR and DEA certifications.
• Experience in clinic, family medicine, or internal medicine preferred.
• Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Work in a clinic setting with patients of all ages, managing up to 22 patients per day.
• Take medical histories and prescribe medications.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Perform annual wellness exams and post-hospital discharge visits.
• Manage In Basket messages related to patient care.
• Examine patients to ensure proper care.

Setting: Clinic (Family/Internal Medicine)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

Contract: 3-6 month contract

Pay Rate: $65-70/hour

Responsibilities

• Clinic setting, patients of all ages, 18-22 pts per day
• Take medical histories
• Prescribe medication
• Orders, performs, and interpret diagnosis tests.
• Perform Annual Wellness exams
• Manage In Basket messages related to patient care
• Examine patients
• Complete post hospital discharge visits.

Qualifications

• Current BLS/CPR and DEA
• Prior experience (Clinic, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine)
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
