Job summary

Banner University Medical Center Tucson seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner for its busy Electrophysiology Clinic. This role will be part of Banner University Medical Group's Cardiovascular Institute in Tucson, collaborating with physicians and staff.

The NP will manage patient care, perform procedures such as cardioversions, interpret tests, prescribe medications, provide education, and engage in research within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certification as NP and Arizona license.
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• DEA license for controlled substances required.

Responsibilities

• Clinical management of patients in the electrophysiology clinic.
• Perform cardioversions and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and provide education to patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinicians in a team-based care model and participate in research.
