• Focus on OR, inpatient care, and clinic duties with occasional after-hours calls.

Description:There is a need for an Advanced Practice Provider in Surgical Specialties.The position requires coverage 24/7 due to trauma and full-time coverage.Working hours are from 0700 to 1630.After-hours call coverage is required from 1630 until 0700 the next morning.Responsibilities include rounding on inpatients, managing clinic patients, and working in the Cardiovascular Operating Room.The provider will function as a First Assist during procedures.The candidate will assist in taking vein during procedures.The role involves documentation of care and managing clinic appointments.This position primarily focuses on the Operating Room, inpatient care, and clinic responsibilities.There is a low percentage of after-hours calls for Cardiothoracic surgery.The Advanced Practice Provider will be responsible for patient evaluations scheduled throughout the week.This role requires collaboration with surgeons.
