Job summary

Pharia Health in San Francisco is hiring its first clinician to lead patient care, run treatment sessions, and shape clinical workflows as it grows.

No prior TMS experience required; you will train under a leading neuropsychiatrist and advance toward Clinical Director or VP of Operations, with equity as part of the package.

This role offers flexibility with a path from part-time to full-time, and a chance to build a frontier in brain health at an early-stage startup.

Qualifications

• Active California NP license; genuine interest in mental health and cognitive performance.
• Entrepreneurial track record with ownership in prior roles (DPC, concierge, wellness clinic).
• Exceptional interpersonal presence for a high-expectation patient population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient intakes and assessments for TMS eligibility.
• Administer and monitor TMS sessions with training and supervision.
• Build and refine clinical SOPs for the SF location.
• Lead scheduling, patient flow, and operations with the founding team.
• Scale to clinical operations and staff as the team grows.
• Train and supervise new clinical staff; manage referrals and partnerships.
