Elevance Health is seeking a CareBridge Advance Practice Provider, Nurse Practitioner who will primarily work virtually with in-person training sessions. The ideal candidate must have an MS in Nursing and active NP certification, along with at least 2 years of experience in complex care management.
This role offers a salary range of $126,592 to $158,240, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including a sign-on bonus of $5,000. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.

Location (Virtual): This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, except for required in‑person training sessions. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

Work Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST and rotating on‑call 2‑3 days per month from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am EST.
