Job summary

Serotonin Centers is a premier wellness destination in Fort Worth, offering hormone optimization, medical weight loss, functional medicine, aesthetics, and IV therapy. We seek a Medical Practitioner (NP/PA/DR) to lead clinical consultations, diagnostics, and advanced procedures under provider guidelines.

You will collaborate with Health Coaches and the team to deliver integrated care, improve client health outcomes, and ensure exceptional patient satisfaction within a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license; autonomous designation preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ BHRT/HRT/TRT and advanced aesthetic procedures.
• Strong background in Women’s and Men’s Health, Anti-Aging Therapy, Longevity, and Functional Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations, diagnose, and design treatment plans for Hormone Optimization, Medical Weight Loss, and Aesthetic services.
• Order and interpret labs; document findings in EMR; communicate results clearly to clients.
• Perform BHRT pellet insertions, IV/IM therapy, blood draws; manage injections.
• Educate clients on services and nutraceuticals; support product sales.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation; mentor Health Coaches.
