Job summary

Central Outreach Wellness Center Llc is seeking a Clinical Nurse Practitioner to assess and treat a range of conditions in a fast-paced clinic setting. The CRNP will take patient histories, update charts, order tests, review results, and design treatment plans while addressing patient questions about health and well-being.

Qualifications

• CRNP certification and PA license required.
• DEA registration and clear PA license in Pennsylvania.
• Child Abuse and FBI clearances must be current.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health history and current condition.
