Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal in Washington state seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver laser hair removal treatments in a safe, patient-centered clinic. You will follow medical protocols, educate clients on pre/post-care, document treatments, and collaborate with a team to maintain high standards and client confidence.

A current NP license with FNP-C/BC or AGNP-C is required. Schedule is two days per week with rotating shifts; compensation is $69.00-$79.00 per hour plus monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• Current NP license in good standing with active national certification (FNP-C/BC or AGNP-BC/AGNP-C) is required.
• For listed states, additional NP certification requirements apply.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and client service.
• Strong communication and ability to educate clients clearly.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Attention to safety and clinical protocols.
• Interest in aesthetics industry and confidence-building results.
• Willingness to assist with onboarding and training of new providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments according to Milan’s established medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure safe results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and suggest additional areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and client records.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and treatment room prep.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to achieve clinic goals and client satisfaction.
