Qualifications and Required Credentials

• Graduation from an accredited advanced practice nursing program specializing in psychiatric-mental health.
• Current, unrestricted licensure to practice as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Current, unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
• State-issued Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), as applicable.
• Registration with the state Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP).
• Must not be suspended, excluded, or debarred from participation in federal healthcare programs, including Medicare and Medicaid.

Experience

• Two years of experience providing direct patient care to individuals with psychiatric disorders preferred.
• Experience in an inpatient behavioral health or acute psychiatric setting is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• A commitment to compassionate, individualized care that respects each patient’s dignity and supports their recovery.
