Vitality NP Services in Mercerville, NJ is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a Skilled Nursing Facility. In-person position with flexible scheduling, no evenings or weekends, and a strong productivity bonus potential. Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments for new admissions and acute issues in both subacute and long-term care patients

• Prevent avoidable hospital transfers through early evaluation and timely intervention

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with primary care providers and specialists

• Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• Previous RN experience required —New NP graduates are welcome to apply!

Compensation

$120,000 – $170,000 per year
(Full Time Base Salary + Productivity Bonus)
$65.00-$75.00 per hour
(Part Time)
