Job summary

Receptive is seeking a Montana-licensed Nurse Practitioner to diagnose and treat ADHD via our telehealth network. This contract role requires Montana licensure and a Montana DEA, with license reimbursement and remote work across the US.

You will provide clinical diagnosis and medication management for adults, collaborating with our team while we handle operations and client support. A private, professional workspace and reliable internet are essential.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for Montana licensed Nurse Practitioners to join our provider network. You can focus on providing clinical expertise while we care for everything else. Nurse Practitioners must be able to diagnose and prescribe independently. Montana license and DEA required.

What You'll Do

• Provide holistic mental healthcare to your patients including diagnostic and medication management.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to your patient's needs and follow the best practices and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with our team of mental health professionals to ensure that your patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records following legal and ethical standards.
• Help shape our treatment philosophy and contribute to developing clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted license in Montana (required).
• Active Montana DEA license (required).
• Currently carry (or be willing to obtain) independent malpractice liability insurance.
• Experience diagnosing and treating adult ADHD (ages 18+).
• Experience prescribing medication, preferably on a telehealth platform.
• A private and professional environment for conducting sessions.
• Excellent written communication.
• Reliable Internet connection.
• Currently residing in the US.

• Diagnosis + Medication Management (45 minutes): $90
• Medication Management (30 minutes): $60
