Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our addiction treatment team in Ohio. The NP will work with a licensed physician to implement treatment plans and educate patients on medical components of care.

Key responsibilities include mentoring medical staff, delivering care within your scope, collaborating with other clinics, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Active state licensure as FNP/APRN/CNP/PMHNP.
• 3–5 years’ experience preferred, with at least 1 year in addiction treatment.
• D.E.A licensure as required by BrightView.
• Provide medical services in collaboration with a licensed physician.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and conduct professional development in medical topics relevant to treatment.
• Provide medical services within the scope of education, training, and expertise.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinics or hospitals participating in patient care.
• Attend weekly treatment team meetings and outside trainings.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide medical input into program philosophy, treatment services, and patient care.
• Respond to emergency care providers when consultation is required.
