Job summary

Envision, in partnership with Baptist Health Paducah, seeks a motivated full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our acute care team in Paducah, KY. The role supports two APPs daily across 11-hour shifts, with ICU coverage handled by Intensivists and APPs, and no procedural requirements.

EPIC EMR is used for documentation, and our team values collaboration, high-quality patient care, and flexibility in shift scheduling as part of a leading regional medical center.

Qualifications

• Acute care training preferred.
• Role supports two APPs daily.
• 11-hour shifts including day and swing shifts.
• ICU coverage by Intensivist/APP; no procedures required.
