Sanitas is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive outpatient primary health care at our Medical Centers in San Antonio, TX. The APRN will report to the Medical Director and practice within the center's policies, delivering diagnosis, treatment, and care coordination for patients.
Requires an NP license, DEA, BLS/ACLS, and 3+ years in primary care. Spanish/Creole skills are a plus; some travel to multiple locations may be required.

The Nurse Practitioner provides quality, comprehensive outpatient primary health care services to the Medical Centers patients. They report directly to the Medical Director regarding clinical issues and activities related to the delivery of medical care. APRN are expected to be familiar with the philosophy, goals and objectives of the Center and work collaboratively to achieve them. They must be cognizant of, and comply with, all Center policies and procedures, as well as pertinent state and federal regulations. APRN provides the full scope of primary care services, which fall under his/her field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance of their patients.

Includes all patient-facing clinical staff ( Medical Assistants, Phlebotomists, Mammography Technologists, Radiologic Technologists, Multi-Specialty staff, Providers) as well as Facilities Technicians. These positions typically require prolonged standing and walking, frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling of equipment or supplies (up to 50 pounds), manual dexterity, and compliance with infection control and safety protocols. Facilities Technicians may also perform repairs, renovations, remodeling, preventive maintenance, and use tools and equipment to support our medical centers.
