Job summary

MEDICORP INC in the Greater Phoenix metro area seeks BC Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs), Adult-Gerontology NPs, or Physician Assistants (PAs) for outpatient primary care. Competitive base salary plus annual productivity incentives is offered.

Full-time schedules include four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts with built-in admin time for charting and care management. Average daily patient load ranges 18–22 across ages.

Qualifications

• BC FNP/AGNP or PA with outpatient primary care experience.
• Full-time schedule with 4x10h or 5x8h shifts including dedicated admin time.
• No inpatient duties; after-hours calls routed via a nurse triage system.
• Scope includes management of acute/chronic conditions, preventive wellness, family planning, LARC procedures, and minor in-office procedures.

NP/PA Openings – Greater Phoenix Metro Area

• Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) system seeks BC Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs), Adult-Gerontology NPs, or Physician Assistants (PAs) for outpatient primary care
• Competitive base salary offered plus annual productivity incentives – to be discussed with employer directly
• Full-time schedule structured as either four 10-hour or five 8-hour shift templates with dedicated administrative time (4-5 hours weekly) built into template for charting, diagnostic reviews, and care management
• Average patient volume of 18 to 22 patients per day across the lifespan (or adult focus for AGNP)
• 30-minute appointment slots for new/complex patients; 15-to-20-minute slots for routine follow-ups and acute care
• Phone-only outpatient call rotation with zero hospital rounding or inpatient duties with after-hours patient phone calls filtered through an integrated nurse triage system
• Scope includes management of acute/chronic conditions, preventive wellness, family planning, LARC procedures, and minor in-office procedures
