Current California RN license, national certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or another national certifying body, and completion of a Nurse Practitioner program with minimum two years of clinical experience.
Read, analyze, and interpret periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations; write reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals; present information to managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Calculate figures including discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, and volume; apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
Solve practical problems and handle variables in situations with limited standardization; interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, or scheduled instructions.
Local travel to other sites and occasional overnight stays for events. Workload may be demanding; requires professionalism and confidentiality.
