Masc Medical Recruitment Firm is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician for a full-time outpatient geriatrics-focused role. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, no weekends, with a supportive multidisciplinary team and robust clinical resources.

The position emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and building long-term patient relationships with geriatric patients in a value-based care setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine.
• Active, FL license.
• Current DEA registration.
• At least 3 years of experience in Outpatient Primary Care.
• Strong clinical judgment with a focus on preventive and longitudinal care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to a team-based, patient-first care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings with a focus on early intervention.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for a predominantly geriatric population.
• Collaborate closely with nurse practitioners, care coordinators, and support staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to document clinical encounters and track patient outcomes.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture focused on continuous care enhancement.
