About the Role

We're looking for a part‑time Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a flexible schedule. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is mission‑driven and passionate about non‑surgical, non‑pharmaceutical approaches to patient care, and who wants to be part of a collaborative, patient‑centered clinic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and comprehensive diagnostic exams
• Develop and oversee individualized, non‑surgical treatment plans for chronic and acute pain conditions (e.g., neuropathy, joint pain, disc injuries)
• Administer or oversee regenerative medicine treatments
• Collaborate with our chiropractic and care team to deliver integrated treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options and expected outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Minnesota NP license in good standing
• Experience or strong interest in pain management, regenerative medicine, or functional/integrative care
• Strong interest in hormone therapy a plus — we're open to incorporating this into the role for the right candidate
• Excellent communication and bedside manner; comfortable educating patients on non‑traditional treatment approaches
• Self‑motivated, mission‑aligned, and excited to grow with a values‑driven practice

Schedule & Compensation

• Part‑time with flexible scheduling
• Hours can be tailored to align with clinic hours (Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu, 8:00 AM–1:30 PM and 3:00–6:00 PM)
