Job summary

Gateway CSB is seeking a licensed Advanced Psychiatric Practitioner (PA or NP) to join our community-based crisis unit in Minnesota. The role provides rapid assessment, stabilization, and short-term treatment for individuals in acute psychiatric and substance use crises.

Responsibilities include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, risk assessments, diagnosis, medication management, and brief interventions.

Qualifications

• Must hold NP license and certification to practice.

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a licensed Advanced Psychiatric Practitioner (PA or NP) to join our community-based crisis unit providing short-term, high-impact psychiatric care. Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Must have the ability to sit for long periods of time at a computer. Employee frequently uses fine hand/eye coordination, hearing and visual acuity. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant condition caused by noise, dust, etc. Employee must be able to travel between Gateway sites.
