UT Health Tyler - North Campus seeks an experienced APP (PA-C or NP-C) to join the Dementia & Alzheimer's Outpatient Clinic in Tyler, Texas. The role focuses on evaluation, treatment planning, medication management, and longitudinal care for cognitive disorders.

Join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality dementia care, with opportunities for academic involvement and clinic program development in a well-supported academic health system.

Formación

• Experience as Advanced Practice Provider in outpatient dementia care.
• Ability to develop and manage treatment plans.
• Skill in ordering and interpreting cognitive/neurological tests.

Responsabilidades

• Work Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, no on-call.
• Evaluate patients with dementia and Alzheimer's disease.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans including medications.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests relevant to cognitive conditions.
• Provide follow-up and monitor progression and response to therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team.

Overview

UT Health Tyler-North Campus is seeking experienced APP (PA-C or NP-C) with concentrated role working in Dementia & Alzheimer's Outpatient Clinicin Tyler, Texas.

Your Work:

• M-F 8am--5pm (No-Call)
• Expected daily patient encounters 16-18
• Evaluate patients with Dementia, Alzheimer's and other cognitive disorders
• Develop and manage treatment plans, including medication management and adjustments
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing relevant to cognitive and neurological conditions
• Provide on-going follow-up and monitor disease progression and treatment response
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team involved in Dementia and Alzheimer's care
• Educate patients and families and support clinic program development
