Job summary

Trinity Employment Specialists is assisting a rapidly growing healthcare group in Surprise, AZ to hire a Nurse Practitioner for outpatient primary care clinics serving a Medicare-aged population. You will practice with a collaborative team in state-of-the-art centers and benefit from a comprehensive compensation package including vacation, health insurance, retirement benefits, and CME.

Ideal candidates are currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with BLS/ACLS

Qualifications

• Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment.
• Experience in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Comfortable managing a Medicare-aged patient population with comorbidities.
• Strong examination methodologies and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for patients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient primary care responsibilities only.
• Provide comprehensive primary care to seniors in a clinic setting.

Ideal candidates will be:

• Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary
• Experienced in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine
• Current BLS/ACLS certification
• Driven to and comfortable with managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Able to demonstrate interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families, and center team members
• Confident in their ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
• Passionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast growing organization
• Comfortable traveling within the market to multiple centers within short distance of each one
