Cano Health seeks a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care under physician supervision in our Florida clinics. You will prescribe treatments, order labs, create referrals, and document all care in the EMR.

Strong patient education and collaboration with Cano Health physicians are essential. The role requires a Master’s in Nursing and an active NP license, with 1+ years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Nursing or higher is required.
  • 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
  • Valid nurse practitioner license required.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care under licensed physician supervision.
  • Prescribe treatments and medications per medical standards.
  • Order and schedule labs and referrals as needed.
  • Document all services in the patient chart (EMR).
  • Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and disease management.
  • Perform routine injections as applicable and coordinate with Cano Health physicians.
