Job summary

AdventHealth Sebring is seeking a dynamic APRN/PA to join our growing Vascular Surgery Clinic. Open Heart coming 2027! You will work with a seasoned vascular surgeon to deliver high‑quality, whole‑person care in a collegial, supportive environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of APRN/PA vascular or cardiology experience and are prepared for onboarding and mentorship. Expect a balanced schedule, a family‑like culture, and access to EPIC EMR with DAX AI tools.

Qualifications

• APRN/PA with vascular or cardiology experience preferred.
• Master’s degree in nursing or PA, with current certifications.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required on hire.
• Mentoring and onboarding support provided for success.

Responsibilities

• Provide APRN/PA coverage in the Vascular Clinic with a vascular surgeon.
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver high‑quality patient care.
• Participate in clinic scheduling and practice onboarding.

Ideal candidate should expect:

• Mon-Thursday 8a-5p, Friday 8a-12noon (1p-5p admin/flex time)
• Work cohesively with current seasoned Vascular Surgeon. We are hiring an additional Vascular Surgeon.
• Must have at least 2-3 years of APRN/PA Vascular or similar Cardiology experience
• Mentoring and practice onboarding- we’re invested in your success

Ideal candidate should have:

• 2+ years’ experience as APRN/PA in Vascular or Cardiology Clinic setting preferred
• Three years of previous experience as RN preferred if APRN
• Care for patients using evidence-based medicine with a focus on patient safety and patient satisfaction
• Ability to perform (or desire to learn) office procedures

Education, Licensure, and Certification Required
