Job summary

True Precision Medical is seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) for outpatient care across our Valley locations. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and a patient-centered approach to care.

Training and mentorship will be provided to develop skills and confidence in the clinic setting. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or call responsibilities, competitive hourly pay, and eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license/credential.
• Outpatient care experience preferred, with focus on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
• Perform focused physical examinations and document clinical findings
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the physician
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes
• Order and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic testing
