Job summary

NorTek Medical Staffing Inc. is seeking a compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a state-of-the-art outpatient vascular practice in Texas.

We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and professional development to help you grow in vascular medicine. Role includes evaluating venous disease, coordinating care with physicians and DME, and maintaining EMR documentation in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

  • Current or eligible licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Texas.
  • Active BLS or ACLS certification.
  • Strong clinical judgment with excellent assessment and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and patient education abilities.
  • A genuine passion for compassionate patient care.
  • Interest in long-term vascular/wound/lymphatic medicine.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage patients with venous insufficiency, PAD, dermopathies, lipedema, lymphedema, and related vascular conditions.
  • Perform comprehensive patient histories, physical examinations, and clinical assessments.
  • Review vascular ultrasound studies and communicate findings and treatment recommendations to patients.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment per protocols.
  • Educate and support patients throughout their care journey to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Assist physicians with office-based procedures and management of complex vascular cases.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, referral partners, and DME providers to coordinate care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, compliant EMR documentation.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused culture and clinical excellence.

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team in a state-of-the-art outpatient vascular practice. Our providers specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of venous disease, peripheral arterial disease, wound care, lymphedema, lipedema, and other vascular conditions, delivering exceptional care in a modern, patient-centered environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Evaluate and manage patients with venous insufficiency, peripheral arterial disease, dermopathies, lipedema, lymphedema, and related vascular conditions.
  • Perform comprehensive patient histories, physical examinations, and clinical assessments.
  • Review vascular ultrasound studies and clearly communicate findings and treatment recommendations to patients.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment in accordance with clinical protocols.
  • Educate and support patients throughout their care journey, ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
  • Assist physicians with office-based procedures and the management of complex vascular cases.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, referral partners, and durable medical equipment (DME) providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused culture while supporting continuous clinical excellence.
Required Qualifications:
  • Current or eligible licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas.
  • Active Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, or eligibility to obtain enrollment.
  • Current BLS or ACLS certification.
  • Strong clinical judgment with excellent assessment and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and patient education abilities.
  • A genuine passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care.
  • Interest in building a long-term career in vascular, wound, and lymphatic medicine.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One or more years of experience in vascular medicine, vein care, wound care, lymphatic disorders, or related specialties.
  • Previous outpatient or private practice experience.
  • Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • New graduates with outstanding clinical potential and a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
