Job summary

Health Atlast West LA Inc. seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner with a background in Family Medicine, general medicine, OB-GYN, or fertility.

The role focuses on integrative healthcare, women’s health, and supporting patients through reproductive health journeys. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, fertility consultations, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, ordering tests, providing prenatal and postpartum care, and maintaining meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Current and valid California NP license.
• Certification in Family Medicine, Women’s Health, or related specialty preferred.
• Experience in OB-GYN, fertility, or reproductive health strongly desired.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide fertility-focused consultations, reproductive health education, and preconception counseling.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to integrate medical care with nutrition, stress reduction, and physical wellness.
• Order and interpret lab work, imaging, and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum care support.
• Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely medical documentation.
