Job summary

AlignMed is hiring a Full Time Advanced Practice Provider for their Crestview Center in Langhorne, PA. We are seeking a Full Time (40 hours per week) provider for our Crestview Center located in Langhorne, PA. This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. 1+ year of experience is required.

The base salary range for this position is $115,000 – $125,000 per year, in addition to our no‑cap incentive compensation bonus program.

Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider reports directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. The provider collaborates on‑site with the Center Leadership Team for center‑specific goals and priorities, and works with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient‑specific medical care.

The provider delivers primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with the other medical providers in the center.

They collaborate with Center Leadership to achieve AlignMed Partners’ mission of improving the lives we touch through the delivery of high‑quality health care and everyday compassion.

Qualifications

The provider must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program, licensed as a registered nurse, and certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, concentration in Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other concentrations or specialty tracks are considered based on experience and business need. Physician Assistants must graduate from an ARC‑PA accredited program, pass the PANCE for the PAC designation, hold state licensure, and hold NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years experience working with an adult or geriatric population is preferred.

In states where practice is allowed, the Advanced Practice Nurse (APRN) must hold an unrestricted professional license and a DEA number for each state in which they practice. Physician Assistants must hold an unrestricted professional license and a DEA number for each state in which they practice.
