Limitless Male Medical Clinic seeks a Provider - Nurse Practitioner to deliver expert, patient-centered care within a men’s health care team. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and educate patients to empower informed decisions and long-term wellness.

As part of the Provider department, you will collaborate with clinicians to ensure high-touch care, precise documentation, and consistent patient communication while upholding Limitless’ values and standards.

Qualifications

Active DEA license (preferred).

POSITION SUMMARY

The Provider is responsible for delivering expert, personalized medical care while serving as a trusted partner in each patient’s health journey.

This role combines clinical expertise with patient education and individualized treatment planning, ensuring patients feel informed, confident, and supported in achieving their health goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Care & Treatment Planning

Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical exams

Deliver a high‑touch, personalized care experience
Use clear, direct, and reassuring communication
Build trust and long‑term relationships with patients

Team Collaboration

This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a team‑first mindset. All team members are expected to support clinic operations and patient needs as they arise, within the scope of their role and licensure.

Partner with PRCs, PEMs, and clinical staff to ensure seamless care delivery
Support a unified, team‑based approach to patient experience
Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic environment
