Favorite Healthcare Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a permanent, full-time position in Daytona Beach, FL. The role centers on sickle cell patient care in outpatient clinics, with on-site clinical leadership and a patient-centered approach.

You will evaluate and treat patients, order labs, oversee infusions, educate patients, and coordinate with the care team to maintain high-quality, continuous care. Schedule: days, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, pay: $60–62 per hour.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited NP program.
• Current, unrestricted Florida NP/APRN license.
• Current national board certification (FNP/AGPCNP/AGACNP/PNP, etc.).
• Minimum 2–4 years of direct patient-care NP experience.
• Specialty experience in hematology/sickle cell, oncology, outpatient infusion, internal medicine, or pain management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sickle cell patient care, including evaluation, treatment, medications, labs, and referrals.
• Oversee infusions and procedures, monitor patients, and respond to emergencies.
• Support patient follow-up, education, engagement, and continuity of care.
• Serve as the on-site clinical lead, supporting staff, patient flow, and clinic readiness.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality, safety, compliance and teamwork.
