The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the clinic while delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based healthcare. This role combines advanced clinical practice with operational oversight, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and medication prescribing within regulatory standards. The Nurse Practitioner ensures compliance with health and safety protocols, manages staff performance, oversees pharmacy and medical supply control, and drives continuous improvement through audits and reporting. Additionally, the position plays a key role in occupational health case management, preventative health programs, and fostering a culture of excellence in patient care and well‑being.
We are currently staffing for FT Nurse Practitioners for 10hour shifts Monday‑Friday with weekend work as needed for one of our industrial clients in Gregory, TX. All candidates must be able to reliably commute to the work site for scheduled shifts.
