Purposelink Recruitment seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP/FNP) to deliver family medicine care in Chicago, IL. The contract role covers 32 hours per week with shifts Mon/Wed/Fri 8:30-5, Thu 10-7, Tue 8:30-1:30 or Sat 7-12.

Eligible candidates have NP or FNP certification and EMR experience; Spanish proficiency is highly valued and DOT certification is a plus. The patient population ranges from age 2 and older.

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience in Internal Medicine/Family Practice/Med-Ped.
• Valid NP/FNP license or certification.
• EMR experience including TruChart or other EMRs.

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP/FNP) to provide family medicine care to a diverse patient population in Chicago, IL. This contract role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to care for patients aged 2 and older. Spanish proficiency is highly valued, and candidates with DOT certification are a plus.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:Internal MedicineFamily PracticeMed‑Ped
• Valid license/certification in ANY of the following:Nurse Practitioner (NP)Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Experience with EMR systems (including TruChart EHR or other EMRs)

Preferred Qualifications

• Full proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish
• DOT certification (preferred but not required)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide family medicine care to patients aged 2 and older
• Deliver clinical services during scheduled shifts
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and support patient wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems

Schedule & Shift Details

32 hours per week

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM OR
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
