32‑Hour Contract | Chicago, IL | Family Medicine

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP/FNP) to provide family medicine care to a diverse patient population in Chicago, IL. This contract role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to care for patients aged 2 and older. Spanish proficiency is highly valued, and candidates with DOT certification are a plus.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:Internal MedicineFamily PracticeMed‑Ped
• Valid license/certification in ANY of the following:Nurse Practitioner (NP)Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Experience with EMR systems (including TruChart EHR or other EMRs)

Preferred Qualifications

• Full proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish
• DOT certification (preferred but not required)
