Salary Range: $145, 000 - $175, 000 annually (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week)

Position Summary:

The Nurse Practitioner works collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform medical histories, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans.
• Perform or assist with laboratory and screening procedures.
• Recognize situations requiring physician intervention.
• Counsel patients on physical and mental health matters.
• Facilitate referrals and order routine diagnostic tests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid California Driver License and reliable transportation.
