Job summary

Dynamic 3 Med Spa in Buckhead, Atlanta, seeks a knowledgeable Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team full-time in person. You will conduct wellness consultations, order and interpret laboratory tests, and develop personalized treatment plans around peptide therapy, IV hydration and weight management.

The ideal candidate holds GA NP and RN licenses, a graduate NP degree, prescriptive authority, and experience with bloodwork and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner and RN licenses in Georgia or equivalent
• Graduate degree from an accredited NP program
• Prescriptive authority appropriate for the position
• Experience ordering and interpreting comprehensive bloodwork
• Knowledge of peptide therapy, IV hydration and medical weight management
• Strong assessment, documentation and client-education skills

Responsibilities

Dynamic 3 Med Spa is a premier wellness and aesthetics destination located in Buckhead, Atlanta, where aesthetics meets cellular health. We provide personalized wellness programs, peptide therapy, IV hydration, vitamin injections, medical weight management, comprehensive bloodwork, hormone optimization, aesthetic treatments and advanced body services.

We are seeking a knowledgeable, dependable and client-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team full-time. The ideal candidate has experience in functional or integrative wellness, peptide therapy, interpreting bloodwork and developing customized treatment plans.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations and medical assessments
• Order, review and interpret laboratory testing and bloodwork
• Develop individualized wellness and treatment plans based on each client’s history, symptoms, goals and laboratory results
• Educate clients on peptide therapy, medical weight-management options, hormone wellness, IV hydration, vitamin injections and supportive lifestyle practices
• Prescribe and manage appropriate therapies within the NP’s legal scope of practice and Dynamic 3 Med Spa’s approved medical protocols
• Monitor client progress, treatment response, potential side effects and follow-up laboratory results
• Make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team
• Evaluate clients for IV hydration and vitamin-injection eligibility
• Provide or oversee IV hydration and wellness treatments when needed
• Maintain accurate, timely and compliant medical documentation
• Follow all clinical, privacy, infection-control and medication-safety standards
• Communicate with clients professionally and provide an elevated, personalized experience
• Collaborate with nurses, injectors, aestheticians, management and the supervising or collaborating physician, as applicable
• Assist with staff education, protocol development and maintaining consistent standards of care
• Remain current on evidence, safety guidance and regulations related to peptides, wellness medicine, IV therapy and medical weight management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse licenses in the State of Georgia
• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Prescriptive authority appropriate for the position
• Experience ordering and interpreting comprehensive bloodwork
• Knowledge of peptide therapy, wellness programs, IV hydration and medical weight management
• Strong assessment, documentation and client-education skills
• Professional, compassionate and confident bedside manner
• Excellent communication, organization and follow-through
• Dependable, punctual and comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on-site at our Buckhead location

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Two or more years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Functional, integrative, regenerative or wellness medicine experience
• Experience with peptide protocols and monitoring
• Experience with GLP-1–based medical weight-management programs
• Experience with hormone and metabolic laboratory panels
• IV hydration and vitamin-injection experience
• Med spa, concierge medicine or private wellness-practice experience
• Knowledge of aesthetic services and how they complement whole-body wellness

SCHEDULE

Full-time, in person. Availability on select Saturdays may be required based on the needs of the practice.
