NorthLakes Community Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Hurley and Ashland Clinic locations. The NP will promote health, take histories, perform exams, and prescribe medications within state guidelines.

The role emphasizes preventive care, telehealth as needed, and collaboration with physicians and nurses to deliver high-quality care to our service area residents.

• Master’s Degree in Nursing and current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice the profession.

The purpose of a Nurse Practitioner is to promote, maintain, or restore health through the study, diagnosis, and treatment of disease, injury, and other physical and mental impairments. Providers focus their practice on promoting prevention, taking histories and examining patients; prescribing medications; order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures. Providers will work as part of a team to promote health and wellness.**Essential Job Functions**The Nurse Practitioner provides high quality medical care by examining patients, diagnosing injuries and illnesses and providing treatment. They order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
