VHC Health seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our Physician Group under a NP Agreement with collaborating physicians. The NP will define patient care functions, prescriptive authority, documentation duties, and participate in evaluation processes within the collaborative practice framework.

  • Two Years Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • NP Agreement with Collaborating Physician(s) outlining the NP's role, functions, and privileges.
  • Support objectives, budget, performance metrics, and medical activities at an individual level including quality control standards, risk management and compliance programs.
  • Prescriptive authority and documentation responsibilities are defined within the NP Agreement.
