Job Summary:

• A Pain Management Advanced Practitioner Registered Nurse (APRN) provides care for patients dealing with chronic pain due to health issues or injuries.


• Responsibilities include examining patients, reviewing their medical history, and consulting with other healthcare providers to determine the best therapy or treatment plan.


• This role also involves prescribing medication and adjusting dosages as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.


• At least one year of experience in Interventional Pain Management.


• Must have completed 2,000 hours of clinical experience.


• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.


• Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure.


• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the relevant specialty.


• Current CNOR/CRNFA certification (if applicable).


• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).


• Proficient in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
