We are IMMEDIATELY hiring a Nurse Practitioner to perform remote physical exams, including DOT physicals, pre-employment health assessments, and physical ability tests via telehealth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform telehealth physical exams such as DOT, non-DOT, and fitness-for-duty assessments
• Evaluate patient health status and determine medical clearance for work
• Provide accurate documentation and timely reports through EMR systems
• Follow all occupational medicine protocols and federal/state regulations
• Educate patients and ensure compliance with FMCSA and OSHA standards
• Use secure telehealth platforms for seamless virtual care

Required Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in your state of residence
• Experience with DOT physicals or occupational medicine preferred
• Proficient in telehealth platforms and remote patient care
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to virtual healthcare workflows
