Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required
• 1 year of Med Surg Experience required
• Peds or postpartum experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Assess conditions, develop care plans, and implement interventions based on evidence.
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
• Provide patient and family education to promote self-management.
• Advocate for patient safety and wellbeing.
