Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to guide a team of nurses in delivering IV therapy, injections, and wellness services in a retail setting. You will educate clients, oversee clinical procedures, and ensure compliant documentation while delivering exceptional customer care.

The role emphasizes leadership, patient-centric service, and participation in wellness events of the Restore network. Nursing licensure and acute care experience are required.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and eligible to practice.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience (ER/ICU/Med-Surg or similar).
• At least 1 year of injections administration experience.
• Experience documenting client details in electronic medical records.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base with empathy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates ethics and integrity in all interactions.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Willing to follow policies and maintain medical compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV Drip Therapy and IM injections per menu.
• Educate clients on IV Drips and injection ingredients.
• Guide clients through Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
• Administer skin testing and transdermal immunotherapy as directed.
• Document visits using electronic medical records.
• Address client questions using Nursing Reference Guide under supervision.
• Communicate issues or adverse effects to nursing team and director.
• Provide therapeutic communication and customer service.
• Assist staff with store services and functions.
• Participate in off-site nursing events and special projects.

A Snapshot of a Nurse’s Role

• Administering IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections to deliver our menu of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants
• Educating clients on the qualities and benefits of our IV Drips and Intramuscular Injection ingredients
• Guiding clients through Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions
• Administering skin testing and transdermal immunotherapy
• Documenting client visits through the use of electronic medical records
• Addressing and answering client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under the supervision of the provider and nursing director
• Communicating to the nursing team any issues or adverse effects clients experience
• Providing therapeutic communication along with exceptional customer service
• Assisting staff with store services
• Participating in off-site nursing events and special projects

Qualities You Need to Succeed as a Restore Nurse

• You’re licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• You have two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
• You have at least one year of experience administering injections.
• You’re comfortable using electronic medical records to document client details.
• You maintain a non-judgemental outlook and have a demonstrated ability to work with a diverse clientele.
• Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
• You value ethics and integrity.
• You embrace a team environment and also excel at working independently.
• You’re willing to adhere to all policies and procedures and understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance.
