Outcome HC is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Deer Creek Lodge team in Beachwood, OH. The LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents in assigned area, supporting a continuum of services and compassionate care.

Requirements include an active Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, and new grads welcome. Day shift rotates on weekends, with coverage from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and a supportive, growth‑oriented work environment.
